  • During the trial, users can explore all features before committing to a paid plan.
  • Meta charges (WhatsApp conversation charges) are not included in the free trial and must be paid by the client directly.

2. Subscription Services

  • Once the free trial ends, if a user subscribes to any paid plan, no refunds will be provided.
  • The free trial is designed to allow users to fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.
  • If unsatisfied, users may cancel during the trial period to avoid charges.
  • After subscribing, cancellation ensures no future billing, but already paid amounts remain non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • All SoftGenious services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Monthly or annual subscription plans
    • Add-ons or integrations
    • One-time chatbot development
    • Set-up or onboarding fees

4. Technical Issues

  • If users encounter continuous verified technical issues that prevent effective use of the service, SoftGenious may grant a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.
  • Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and approved only after verification by our support team.

5. Unauthorized Charges

  • If a user notices unauthorized or fraudulent charges, they must immediately contact SoftGenious support.
  • Upon verification, SoftGenious will issue a full refund for the unauthorized transactions.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription, except in rare cases approved by SoftGenious.
